Not going to argue that this gorgeous building had a rough start. Thanks to a fly-by-night developer. After many good people working tirelessly to fix problems plumbing etc... that were caused by the developer, and a change of property management companies. This building has become a truly great, secure building to live. A great community close to shopping, LRT, universities, downtown farmers market, restaurants and more! I love coming home to my beautiful city views.
Wish I could give 0 stars to sum it all up. Heat and ac hardly work, only work when it’s already room temperature outside. If it’s too hot, doesn’t work… too cold, same thing. Went 4 days with no heat in the cold snap, heating maintenance guy said it was because the heat pump was too small for a corner unit. Poorly built, cheaply built. They let anyone and everyone be renters. Giving out their door code to 40 people a day. Suspicious. Then are surprised the suspicious renter got murdered in her unit.
