I filled a prescription at Ultima Pharmacy and later found out Ms. Firoozeh gave me the wrong medication entirely. When I went back to check what happened, I also discovered she billed my insurance for a much higher quantity than what I received. She charged them extra just to make a quick buck. When confronted, she denied.. unacceptable and unprofessional. Please avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They will do everything they can to make a buck and not follow proper guidelines

Under the leadership of Dr. Firoozeh Arbab, every prescription is handled with the highest level of accuracy, care, and professionalism. The pharmacist wearing glasses she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not speak politely or show basic manners while addressing my questions. Very disappointing experience and I will not be returning.
Firoozeh is very kind and knowledgeable. She always goes above and beyond and is truly invested in the health of our entire family. We moved from a large chain pharmacy to Ultima a few years ago now and are very happy we did!
