Hired them for my care. Totally useless. If they can manage to send a worker, which is not very often, the workers who cannot speak English can't do laundry, can't cook. This company is so flawed. They lie every second day, telling you the worker that they were going to send has a family emergency. Yep, not every day. Charges you and the government anyway. People need to find another home care service for their family member, because what goes on behind closed doors is unreal.
