Stay away!! I very rarely leave a bad review but genuinely would not want anyone else to have this experience. We booked a 4 bedroom unit with Ultima Apartments on Hotham through booking.com for 4 adults, in which the listing clearly stated there was a double bed and 3 bunk beds. We arrived to find 1 double bed... And that's it. We have been working with Hotham accommodation directly for a solution for the last four days and it has yet to be resolved.
