I had a disappointing experience at this walk-in clinic. I arrived around 8:30 AM seeking medical attention for a knee injury. Initially, I was told that there was an available appointment at 1:20 PM, which gave me the impression that I would be able to see a doctor later that day. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this physician. I originally booked an appointment for a Pap smear, but I was also experiencing pain and wanted the doctor to properly listen to my symptoms and examine the issue before proceeding. Unfortunately, the doctor did not take the time to listen to me or understand my concerns. Took my daughter here and saw Dr. Zong who gave very good advice and arranged for an expedited referral to get her concern resolved. Very nice doctor, and the staff were friendly and kind.
In-Transit, realized I needed an antibiotic for a UTI, so thankful to find a clinic at the airport. Made an appointment and crossed from the International secure area with an assistant, cleared customs and made it to the domestic terminal where the clinic is located downstairs. Clinic is well appointed and efficient, pharmacy close by, took 20 mins to fill script. Made it back through security and to the international gates all within the space of 90 mins.
