Couldn't be more pleased with the speed of service from Josh and his crew. From quote to installation was less than two weeks, always on time and on budget with no nasty surprises. Moreover, the expertise displayed on recommending the right system was a great comfort. I now have a highly efficient system that uses far less power and delivers a consistent climate throughout the house and even in the garage when needed. I highly recommend Josh and everyone at Ultima Air, the experience could simply not have been better.

We had a fantastic experience with Ultima Air. We chose them purely on the basis of their 5 star reviews and are glad we did. Wayne came out to our house and provided a plan for replacing the many old systems we had with one new one, Josh and the team did an amazing job with installing the new ducted air and removing all the old systems and then they organized a fantastic plasterer to fix all the holes in the ceilings and walls from the old systems. Outstanding service and quality workmanship! We had our system upgraded and Ultima air delivered in all aspects, Josh provided us swiftly with a quote tailored to our needs and his workmanship was second to none even going through the control panel showing us the easy steps to set the temperature etc. 5 stars all around

I’m so pleased that we chose Ultima air to install a ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning system. From the time we met with Wayne and Josh, the experience was almost faultless. Very quick responses. My a/c system is 20+ yrs old. Wayne attended promptly. Instead of trying to sell me a new system (about $11K), he diagnosed the problem and sourced a replacement old model part for $250 which I collected, further reducing the cost. The system works perfectly. He offered additional advice to make my system more efficient but it came with no pressure to implement it. An excellent service.
