My experience in just one week was very bad: Cleaners, read this, and even customers who don't know that this company exploits its staff: they demand that cleaners be available from 9 am to 5 pm every day, but they only pay for 20 hours, meaning it's a part-time job, but they demand full-time availability. They pay $20 per hour regardless of the type of cleaning, meaning they pay the same for a deep cleaning, and a cleaner is expected to do it in 2 hours, even for houses with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, very dirty kitchens,... read more
She does such a great job and is very consistent
Francelis was very friendly and helpful. She removed any lingering smells that toddlers produce and when my toddler walked in he said, “wow it smells really good in here!” I can say with 100% confidence that he has never said that prior to Francelis cleaning our house.
Being pregnant with twins has definitely taken a toll on my energy—and the morning sickness hasn’t helped! I haven’t been able to keep up with my house the way I normally would, and Ultim8 has truly been a blessing. They come in and clean everything so thoroughly, making my home feel peaceful and fresh again. I’m incredibly grateful to have them on my side during this season. Thank you, Ultim8!
