Took a 4x4 in with a bad cv joint which I told them that was the issue. 2500 bucks later it came out of the shop with the same cv joint in it. They said it’s not the issue. Had other parts replaced which didn’t need doing. Limped through to broome and went and bought a part at repco and took it to a mechanics who had the part in and I was on my way within under an hour. To their credit they did refund me the labour costs for work done but still very ordinary when I actually told them the problem.

I had a great experience with Rob and the team at UltiMech. I had some concerns about a noise from my campervan while passing through town on a road trip. They had a look at it for me on the spot, without a booking. They had it ready to go within an hour and a half. They reassured me that I could continue on safely, but advised which parts I should organise for replacement down the road. Service was friendly, they were transparent and explained things, and charged a competitive price. Thanks for helping me out!
