These guys sell through Amazon. They say they have service capabilities. THEY DO NOT. I needed help configuring a Varstrom display and they were worthless. Even though this item shipped from them through Amazon, they referred all technical help back to Varstrom. Varstrom is in Hong Kong: PRC. Twelve time zones away. Spend a little more and use Shimano or Bosch with customer service offices in the USA. This 750 watt package shipped with no installation, service or configuration manuals.
