We used Ultamaytum to put in a pool from August 2020 to July 2021. We are giving two stars instead of one because, even though it took a year, we do actually have a finished pool. We have done many remodeling projects in the past and worked with many different contractors and this was the worst experience we have encountered. It’s getting rare to have a contractor who is capable, and even more rare to find one that cares. Ed and Rob with Ultamaytum Pools are awesome. We were first time pool owners and really knew nothing about pools. Ed was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. They shared lots of great ideas and promised a pool we would love. Ultimatum Pools built our pool for us and we have been nothing but happy happy with their service and their work. I would recommend them to anyone they are very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with
