I order some test by phone because was my first time, I ask how long will take for results and they said 1 to 3 days I want to be sure because I have Dr appointment that cost $375 and not cover with insurance they said 1 to 3 days, 2 days later 3 test from my list where pending, I call and now they said those particular test will take 5 to 10 days, so I will need to pay 2 times for Dr. visit because the give the wrong information.
Their customer service, specifically the rep Tamara, is the worst I've ever experienced. I contacted customer service to see why my results were still not available 2 weeks later. She blamed it on me, which made absolutely no sense. I was really confused. She never actually helped me determine when I could expect my results. She was extremely rude, going as far as typing in all caps and saying that she is irritated. It is horrible service!!!. I am giving them NO STAR!!! Avoid it and go other place else. I took my mother to get blood test and they sent the blood to their 3rd party place late, so they couldn't perform blood test. They never called me to inform unless you call them and let them know. I took my mom 2nd time and specific mention about their problem to the technician and office manager that they have to send it on time to make sure it is arrived to their test in CA in 24 hrs. DID NOT GET MY RESULTS BACK. THEY SENT ONE PART TO MY HEART DOCTOR AND DID NOT EVEN RUN THE CMP I ORDERED. NO GOOD EXPLANATION. WILL NOT EVER USE AGAIN.
I have written three letters today asking about why the CMP I ordered was not done and posted to my online account. I have two more doctors to see and having these results would have been nice. Their last letter said: We do show that you have an order for a Lipid Panel and CMP with us at Ulta Lab Tests, however when we reached out to the lab, they said that they ran a Lipid Panel for you under an account for HeartPlace Arlington, so your order with us has not been drawn.
