Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews and this is about Ulta online and my experience. Customer service is not always that great, they are worse if you are having back to back problems with shipments etc and they simply seem like they don’t want to help you and say that you’re concerns are valid but nothing happens sometimes and the wait is weeks or the result is not matching what it should be and you’re out money.I’ve had deliveries with items missing from free gifts, packages tampered with and opened and individual products/... read more
To the Ulta beauty CEO I visited your store at Ward parkway KCMO. I was insecure because of dark spots a young lady named Braxton help me with the foundation, my skin looks flawless.. she did an excellent job !!! Thank you
Completely lacking in their customer service policies - they do not understand their target audiences whatsoever. And you know it’s that bad when their HQ is part of your own local economy and you still don’t want to support them. I’d rather buy directly from the companies they represent than give them another dollar.
