This concerns the store located in Fairfax, VA. Located in Fair City Mall: My Mom has been going to this Ulta for years and had zero issues with the staff until today. I don't know if they're just too anxious or inherently distrusting but my Mom experienced some unnecessary judgements. If I could am a zero I would. I am a diamond member I ordered my granddaughter's birthday present to be sent to her dormitory at college UPS was unable to deliver it so we're sending it back to Ulta Corporate. I called them and asked them could they resend it to my address and they told me no even though that I'm the one that's spent $160 which was on my credit card and my account so why they couldn't do that is ridiculous I've also tried to change my phone number and can't do it it says to call them so I called them and was... read more

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. I TRIED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH ULTA FOR THE REWARDS. WHEN I ENTERED MY EMAIL ADDRESS IT SHOWED I ALREADY HAD AN ACCOUNT. I PULLED IT UP ONLINE AND CHANGED THE PASSWORD SO I COULD LOOK AT WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SURE ENOUGH THEY HAD MY EMAIL ADDRESS. I HAVE CALLED ULTA TWICE TO GET THIS ACCOUNT CANCELLED AND IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE. Terrible place to work. I didn’t get fired or anything but the employees there act like the people in The Devil wears Prada. It’s sad.
