Ulta has really declined. Spent $50 on a e-gift card that still hadn’t been received an hour later. Called customer service, waited on hold for abt 20 min. Turns out Ulta has an opaque policy of randomly targeting gift card purchases for review by their internal “review team.” I find it bizarre that in 2025 an e-gift is not received within minutes if not seconds. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Ulta. I returned everything to them, they messed up the return, and refused to do anything to make it right. I am now out over $200. It also took MONTHS for them to just tell me they won't do the right thing. I essentially was stolen from. Don't work with this company they cannot be trusted.
Ulta aventura I've been a loyal customer of Aventura Ulta for over 10 years, and the salon has been my go-to destination. I've had the pleasure of working with the same stylist from the beginning until she moved on, and then Monica took over. Monica was exceptional - knowledgeable, professional, kind, and understanding. She guided me towards healthy hair and delivered exactly what I wanted. Update: After staying consistent and using all my resources, Ulta sent the missing item! I’m still not very pleased with my online shopping experience but I had to be fair with updating that they did fix the problem! I ordered the Very Good Girl Glam Eau de Parfum online from Ulta Beauty, but I only received the free gift, not the perfume. I've called, and I was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a call back. My money was taken without issues, but now that I'm inquiring about my product, I have to wait for a response.
The worst customer service I have Ever experienced. The managers are extremely unprofessional and no knowledge on how to treat customers. The two managers accused me of stealing which is almost a joke but wasn’t funny whatsoever. This incident has many details, but the bottom line is they had no reason to accuse me in the first place. I have been a loyal customer at Ulta for years but this humiliating, unfair accusation has brought my shopping there to end. BTW the store is in Fort Myers, Florida.
