Got the worst haircut of my life. Stylist did not know what she was doing. I would never go back.
All the staff is usually very helpful finding products that work for you. Went in today and Avery was extremely nice , welcoming and helpful. 10/10 recommend him especially for shade matching .
Ulta Salon was incredible, Larisey did a great job with the service, cut and color. Will be back!
Cashier Jasmin was rude, as well as the other young woman standing next to her. No greeting when I walked in the door nor anything after I checked out. The young woman in all black makeup and clothing was helpful, however in helping me find what I needed. Won’t be coming back here, which is what they probably want. I felt like my business wasn’t appreciated.
I had a haircut done recently by Bayli and she did an amazing job. She is very talented at doing hair and she’s also personable. She really knows how to connect with her clients. I had a rough day when I came in and left with a smile on my face. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family.
