Went March 31st around 6:50pm and asked for the skincare kit that showed online as “in-store available” and something I could’ve placed as a BOPIS order. I decided to go in store instead - long story short, the two ladies that helped me said they don’t have it, didn’t even check for it, went in the backroom and vanished for forever and said their exchange policy was 30 days after I said I’m not returning it nor looking for store credit, I wanted to exchange it for something else. I went there to get a free gift with my purchase and she blond lady said we don’t have any more she didn’t even cared she wasn’t polite very rude I feel there is noooo gift at all from the began with or she doesn’t want to even give it to me
I had a great experience at the fashion outlets of Chicago location. Both ladies on duty were very helpful and happy to help. Karla helped me find what I was looking for with a very friendly and positive attitude. Thank you for a great experience. I purchased Marc Jacobs perfect absolute and I am over satisfied with the product.
All of the staff are super helpful, helped me find exactly what I needed for a gift and stuff I didn't need. Great selection and was able to use my coupons to save a bunch.. what a fun place to go, however smell alert if you have sensitive issues to perfume. I have asthma and best time to visit was upon opening of the store.
