I couldn't believe this is an Ulta store. While other Ultas have professional and kind staff, this one seems to employ the opposite. Not necessarily rude, but very stoic and bothered.
Emily was such amazing sales associate. She helped me make my decision and let me test out products she was absolutely wonderful. She deserves 10 stars 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️🌟
Yesly was amazing. She was the only staff member that came up to me to ask if I needed help. I’ve been to 3 ultras, spent a lot of money on products that weren’t for me and nobody ever helped me the way she did. She took her time, helped me match my foundation and concealer and was just overall excellent in her customer service. Will be coming back for her 🩷
