Walking in and being obnoxiously yelled at “just so you know we close in 20 minutes” is rude!
I stopped in today with an idea of the things I needed, and I was approached by the sweetest person and they were so helpful! Gabriela was amazing! I told them what I needed, and my concerns as far as oily skin and eye shape etc and they showed me the options, went into detail of pros and cons, and made sure I was happy with my choices. this store legit has wayyyy more than the palmdale location and the workers here are always so sweet, Dora and Gabriella were a true help with my complicated returns but they pushed through and had amazing customer service skills!! would keep going back to see their faces and receive their help time and time again!!
