I just came out of the store about five minutes ago. I was walking around aimlessly not knowing what to get for my hair, But one of the workers came up to help I think her name was Annika. She had a pink shirt on She was really helpful even helping me find vegan brands she was helpful through the whole interaction and very kind I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like she really deserved one :)
I had such an amazing experience thanks to Jocelyn! She was incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met. She has such a kind soul, you can truly feel her warm and welcoming presence the moment she starts helping you.
