Came in for a new foundation, concealer and skin care and came across gabby. First off she was the sweetest and her makeup looked so amazing. She asked my skin type the coverage I wanted and found me the perfect skin care products and makeup. So excited to try every thing out. Thank you so much gabby.
I am not a new customer to this location, every time I come in the store, I’m met with wonderful customer service. Today I came In ready to dive into the makeup world, with little to no experience, and I was helped out today by Gabby. I had a horrible experience with an employee named Gabby, she was extremely rude when I asked for help and gave me extremely bad service and dirty looks throughout the entire experience. I could not even stand staying there to get what i needed because she made me feel so unwelcome.
DO NOT GO HERE!! ULTA CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!!!! Never in my life had I experienced an Ulta this disorganized and unclean. Used make up wipes and tissues all over the floor and testers were smeared on almost every display. Every single worker I encountered there has been rude, inconsiderate, and lacks any basic makeup knowledge. and when they try to help you, they push you to give a good review on Google so Ulta corporate doesn’t shut them down or fire them.
