The Staff and crew were amazing. I came in looking for a cream for my curls.And 3 of the ladies there were helpful and I bought what I wanted.Thank you so much, and the cashiers were adorable.Everybody was so friendly and smiling and treating us like we were queens.

I wasn’t surprised by the experience based on other reviews. The customer service at this Ulta Beauty location felt very lacking. Instead of being greeted or offered help, I mostly felt watched rather than assisted. No one checked in to see if i needed help finding anything, which made the shopping experience feel unwelcoming. The only positive interaction we had was with an employee in the perfume section who was helpful. Outside of that, the overall atmosphere throughout the store felt off and uncomfortable.

This is my favorite Ulta , love the staff they’re super friendly. Pretty girl naked Marisol helped me !( sorry if u spelled her name wrong). She helped me find my fav makeup 😊 !! Keep up the good work

Came in for a new foundation, concealer and skin care and came across gabby. First off she was the sweetest and her makeup looked so amazing. She asked my skin type the coverage I wanted and found me the perfect skin care products and makeup. So excited to try every thing out. Thank you so much gabby.
