I love going to Ulta but I either have the best experience with the staff or get attitude when I ask for help, make a return, or pick up an online pickup order. I noticed the seasonal/temp staff are the most friendly, than the staff I see every time. It sucks because I love going to Ulta, but I have had too many bad experiences at this store.

I don’t shop at Ulta typically (Clearly for a good reason) and everytime I have shopped here, the employees are extremely snooty and rude. The majority of my purchases have been online orders that I have picked up (I mostly do this because I get social anxiety in stores like these..wonder why) and the employees act like this is the biggest inconvenience for them. On the hunt for Tea Tree products, and my search brought me here. I was not disappointed. The staff here was helpful and I was in and out in a few minutes. Parking was a bit challenging because this is a busy shopping center. I will not likely need to come back here for a while, but I do recommend

I had a great experience here! I had amazing help with finding my shade thanks to Yash!! She was so sweet and super helpful. Great customer service and the store is so clean and organized!!
