Two of employees at the register were kinda nasty and short with me..September 7th 2025 at 5:38… blonde, short, women at register while another with with brunette with a ponytail just stood next to me giving me a nasty look..that turn me off..came in with a good mood and that put me a a bad one..
I purchased 100$ worth of product . On the app I should have just ordered for delivery or pick up , usually when I go some items offer you a free gift with certain item purchase . I’ve gone to other Ultas and they always offer the free gift without me mentioning it . These ladies were too busy chit chatting that they were rushing to check me out when there was no one there . They should have more customer service since it’s a very low location .
Well maybe it was because it was Saturday and everyone was at the beach? Needless to say I was there for all of 45 seconds. Thats because the staff( you know who you are) took me to the 2 products I needed asap. Thats knowing your stock and where there located. I am a Lifestyle Coach/ Competive athlete and taking care of my nutrition, my training and supplements, including grooming are all integral aspects of a fit life.
The girl at the counter was so kind and fixed my makeup in a pinch! Sweet, knowledgeable staff
One of the managers Theresa, proceeded to ask if i needed help and before i can answer one of the employees said something to her and she immediately walked away to talk to that employee. She then was talking really loud and obnoxious, and pretty much screaming throughout the whole store like she thought she was funny. Super unprofessional, and just overall rude to me and other guests in the store.
