Today I went to the store to make a change, I made my purchase online and the tone was not the right one, I went and without any problem in a very kind, attentive and professional way I was attended by Madison 10 out of 10 thank you !!!
I have came to this store 4 different times and have NEVER been offered help. I’ve spent 30+minutes looking at products, testing foundations myself & no one ever offers help or asks if I’m doing ok. I have been there multiple times wanting to buy makeup & I walk out the store with nothing due NO ONE helping. Not sure if it’s a race thing, but They do love to follow me around the store & offer or help everyone else.
I explained to Zoe that I’ve had an issue for awhile and she was very understanding of that issue. She was able to help me and I walked away a very happy customer! Thank you so much for helping me Zoe!!!! I appreciate you for listening!
Bad experience... Went for a high light been doing this for yrs... Went to the independence one and first girl Samantha did a bad job skipped steps my hair still had chemicals in it. My hair was uneven and felt horrible. Talked with the store manager showed her my hair and got 25$ off.. Got home had to wash hair found so many spots not done. Called the store the next day.
