I had a good experience shopping at Ulta Beauty. The store was organized, and the employees were friendly and willing to help when I had questions about products. One suggestion for improvement would be to place clearer signs in certain sections of the store so customers can find products more easily. Better organization and signage could make shopping faster and more convenient. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit and appreciate the helpful customer service.

I'm gonna stop visiting this Ulta because it has bad customer service. Sometimes I order from the app to pick it up at the store. The girl behind the counter asked me for a barcode to find my order and I explained to her that I ordered from the app and no barcode on my email or from the app. So I asked to find my order using my last name so I showed my ID but she insisted on the barcode! She helped with a bad attitude like she doesn't want to work. Others Ulta stores around the Nashville area have friendly staff.
