i stopped by today to pick up shampoo and i started feeling dizzy. the employees were very kind, they let me sit down for awhile and offered me water. i probably would have passed out if i had left. thank you <3
I made my first online pickup order yesterday. I was in a rush and wasn’t aware that I should have placed the order an hour or so in advance. However, Jurae Compton & Melinda Williams were such a big help!! I came in and they immediately stopped what they were doing to help me find all the products for my order! 10/10 customer service and I will definitely be returning!
Overall, great experience. The manager, Christy, set the bar on professionalism and customer satisfaction. I couldn’t give a 5 based on the lack of interest from the other staff…. almost seeming to be ‘bothered’.
i just wanted to share my how my visit went i go in for makeup to cover my acne. (super bad) also super self conscious so it’s hard for me going inside places when people can be cruel. I HAD NO IDEA which makeup would make my breakouts worse or and just have been using the makeup wipes to get my makeup off, with the help of Jurae, he is amazing! I love shopping at this Ulta over all the others!! You get welcomed with smiling faces as soon as you enter which is so polite and respectful! They value your business here and I love to shop where Im treated as if I matter, no matter my appearance, no matter how i am dressed No matter who you are! I don’t just come here because I have to I get in my car and say I CANNOT wait to go to Tanger Ulta!!
