Robin has been one of the best "blonde" stylists I have been to. She understands my vision, and delivers exactly what I am looking for out of my hair appointment. She always provides great service, and finishes my hair in an efficient manner.
Terrible customer service experience. A manager does not care about a customers time. I came in and the order I got was incorrect so wanted to exchange it and told it’s a 10-15 minute process instead it’s almost 30 minutes and Abby a manager there does not care at all about people’s time and schedules, and I left after 30 minutes with nothing. Will write to corporate.
I had the BEST experience with Imelda! She is seriously the color correction queen 👑 I came in with previous red dye and she worked her magic to remove it while being so intentional about keeping my hair as healthy as possible. My hair turned out absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! On top of that, she was so friendly and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. The girls at this Ulta single-handedly saved my life today when I came in super last minute and needed a bunch of make up products that I could use immediately before a very impromptu night owl. They hooked me up! I thought I knew what I needed, but they showed me the way and 15 minutes later in my car my make up looks great! The employees at this location made me only wanna come back to this Ulta from now on
First time coming to this location. It was great to find my shade of foundation without being rushed. The girls sign me up for points and it will help with future purchases.
