It’s restarted you need your ID to use your points. If you don’t have your ID you’re only allowed to use a certain amount of points. A manger can easily over ride that. Anyone else having this issue just return your stuff unused and go BACK with your ID and rebuy it.

I had an incredible experience at the Ulta in Tuscan Village. Lisbeth was so helpful, attentive, super knowledgeable, and patient in my visit today, she’s the only employee from any makeup store that has found me such a great shade match! Her questions about my skin type, finish preferences, and undertones really took the experience up a notch! Even learned a thing or two from her! She’s awesome and I hope to see her every time I go there, every Ulta needs a Lisbeth!
Nick is fantastic! and is my go to whenever I need help with any beauty questions. The first time I met him I had a question about what the best primer would be and he immediately pointed me in the right direction and suggested a Bobbi Brown one. Which is probably the best primer I’ve ever used! He’s knowledgeable, kind, patient, and really knows his beauty products.
