Whoever was the older chunky red head with the bad dye job who told me I needed to use my membership barcode to receive my bday freebie; no I didn’t. There are more competent people who work at the Ulta in Davis. Don’t go to this location. Awful service and attitudes.

I recently visited this location to make a purchase. After the item was scanned, I was told the total was around $12, which I paid. I was given a receipt, but then the associate informed me that she had entered the wrong price into the system and said I needed to return the item. She took the receipt from me and processed a return. As a paying customer, once I’ve been charged and the transaction is complete, it’s not acceptable to force me to return the item due to a mistake on your end. Few days ago I went in to get my hair done (friday), everything was good.
