The store is oddly arranged and the workers are low energy
Half of the employees I interacted with were caring and polite and the other half just followed me around and made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. The same couple of employees would come over and peek at me every couple minutes then ask if I was "still doing okay?!". Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Experience I had a very upsetting experience at Ultra that I feel compelled to share. As a Black woman, I was treated with clear disrespect by one of the employees who displayed a nasty, rude attitude toward me from the moment I walked in. Her tone and body language made it obvious I was not welcome, and when I tried to address it calmly, the manager only made things worse.
