Few days ago I went in to get my hair done (friday), everything was good. One star is generous. About 10 staff all standing around talking to each other. Absolutely no customer service. The cashier (Haley) was even chatting to her co-workers on her mic when she was ringing me up. Pointed out price didn’t match their posted sign - no offer to look, just said what rang up was the price.
I went to get my hair done at the salon a few months ago and the person that did my hair absolutely destroyed my hair in every sense of way. Not only did I pay over 300 for the service but they didn’t even refund me half of the service back and then try to explain to me a crappy reason “why”.
