Abby does wonderful for brows and face waxing. Grace helped me find exactly what I was looking for in make-up.
The manager Abigail was amazing! She went above and beyond to help my daughter and I find everything we needed and she even helped us find a $20 dollar off coupon in my emails. The entire store had exceptional customer service, and I will be revisiting this location !
The hairstylist Stella was super sweet with me and made me laugh a lot. She gave me the complete transformation look I wanted to go for and I left feeling happy.
Went for the first time to get a haircut at Ulta and was paired up with Stella who was super patient and did everything that I asked for. Very friendly and easy to talk to. One thing that I always enjoy is talking to my stylist during my haircut and we had a good conversation and some good laughs. So thank you Stella, I will never forget you!
I had such a great experience at Ulta last time I was there. The customer service is fantastic, specifically an employee named Gabriella. She was super friendly, and knew exactly what she was doing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and enjoys what she does. Ulta is lucky to have her!
