I had the BEST Ulta experience thanks to Alisha (the manager) and Grace! Even though it was late on a Friday night, they both went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful — not once did I feel rushed. Just left behind a bag full of stuff I was going to buy because I needed help looking for something and couldn’t get a single employee to even speak to me.
wow wow wow grace made my wife feel like a princes great customer focus
I was there yesterday and nobody greeted me and this lady even went above and beyond to ask everyone else how they were doing, but she looked at me and she rolled her eyes, and she just walked past me. I feel so racially profiled At this location, please do not go here. They do not treat people of color. Well at least they didn’t for me and I’m very upset.
