A very rude staff member pointed to her name tag and made an ugly face at my mom when she simply just asked her if she worked there. My mom was not able to see whether or not she had a name tag from the angle she approached her or else she would not have asked. If she is incapable of being even just a little bit kind or at the very least just decent then she is not fit for this type of job. I have worked in customer service and I could never imagine treating someone this way on or off the clock. It’s not that hard do better.
Lady in the fragrance area was very helpful and pointed me to some new scents. The Acqua Di Gio EDP intense and YSL elixir I wanted was unfortunately not on sale. I will be shopping here again.
