I had such an amazing experience at Ulta, all thanks to Lisa. From the second I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel completely at ease. She helped me find all my makeup, answered every question I had with so much patience, and even gave me some great tips I hadn’t thought of before. Lisa was beyond lovely. I worked with Renato, for a foundation shade match, who was dismissive, biased, and racist. I asked to try different products but he insisted only one MAC shade would work, refused to sample it, gave a Clinique one instead. I didn't need a sample that was not tested on me It wasn’t just poor service.
