I just want to come and leave a review. I got my makeup done here a week ago on my birthday Friday 8/28. Trinity was very professional and knew what she was doing ! I will be back for a pick me up 🥹 I felt beautiful. It was a boost of my confidence. I got so many compliments from the time I left Ulta to the time my night ended.🤞🥳

I grew out my hair to gray for over a year with no color. I wanted a gray/brown blend. This green blond mess is what I got after 10 hours in the salon chair-2 trips. My hair is burned. I’m embarrassed and in tears everyday. Even other customers chuckled. A refund isn’t enough
