My sister told me that she went to Mpls Ulta on lunch hour to see about lashes- they were super kind and even applied them for her. So I drove up to my Onalaska store and was treated so poorly by the “greeter” and then the floor-woman that I left. Took my business to the Sephora in Kohls, where I bought 5 other cosmetics plus the eyelashes and they helped me apply.
Olive was so helpful and kind to this makeup novice!
Found what I needed. The workers were very friendy. Product was pricey.
