Arrived at 8pm to pick up an online order. The doors were locked and there were employees standing within eye sight of the door. There were customers in the store. I tried to open the door and even knocked and was ignored by at least 2 employees. The store hours on the door say m-f 10-9. I ended up looking online and saw that they closed at 8 today. Julia did my eyebrows & made me feel comfortable and confident! Through conversation we started talking about skincare & make up and she helped color match me & find products that were a great fit for me. She went above and beyond and made me feel like I was the only one in the room.
Staff was really helpful and nice. They were knowledgeable about all products and which were cruetly free. I had a great experience.
