Extremely horrible experience today. Ulta does not have carts of any kind, so if you have a baby you have no option but to carry them. I asked an associate if I could have a small sample of a product I was hoping to purchase and if she could help me find the correct color from my previous purchases I have made from the same line. She came back with a sample jar told me I could scrape the product into the jar and to wait in line at the front counter to see what shade would be best for me, instead of helping me at the products... read more
Need an eyebrow tint? I highly recommend Ulta for this service. Julia has been tinting my brows for me the past few months, and she does a great job! She and all the employees are super nice and helpful.
