Giving 2 stars for these reasons: 1. I came in to check out some skin care, and unfortunately a couple of the testers (Peach & Lily) were rancid. I noticed the horrible smell after I applied it to my face and it started burning. 2. I overheard 3 employees near the front of the store loudly gossiping about an absent employee. Super unprofessional. I felt bad for the person they were talking about. I also watched a few customers come in and walk past them during their gossip fest.
Found what I needed
I came here 9/4/2026 to get Paul Mitchell tea tree special color shampoo and conditioner... There's a sign on the door saying 9/3/2026 is closed due to unforseen circumstances. And a sign saying they will be open Labor day. But it's closed. Locked and closed right now. I really needed to get this today, and there's no where else closer than sterling heights carrying this set in stock. There's no notice about today being closed. Very upsetting! Ulta may be losing some business.
Im a man. I doordash. I didnt even know what ulta was when i took the order. The staff here deserve a medal for putting up with my tomfoolery. They were extremely helpful. Top tier service.
