Unfortunately our visit was not pleasant. My sister & I did not receive any welcome upon entry, no interaction between any worker & us. I also felt the manager staring us down while browsing. Disgusting behavior from these employees considering I’m a local & love new trendy makeup/perfumes.
My wife and I are (were) loyal Ulta customers. I get a cut and color every three weeks. Short version... my wife had a defective eyebrow brush and they would not replace it. We will take our business to other stores. I have canceled all of my future salon appointments. Today was my last visit. When I checked out, the cashier (Jaquelyn) said "we hope to see you soon." I replied, "I doubt I will be back." Her response? "We know we can't make everyone happy."
