Super frustrating location with managers and staff who are not treating you professionally. First they book the appointment then cancel last minute by giving personal reasons and then don't call yoy back. When the customer calls they lie that they do not have any appointments available Current staff names are Melanie and Janet both are unprofessional the way they are treating the customers and managers are unprofessional by not trusting the customers conversation and lie from there end. Received the worst customer service from Simone when every other worker was so friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today. Outright disrespectful to another customer about the line and then when she was ringing me up she wouldn’t accept that I didn’t want to give my phone number and was asking people in line if they wanted to put their phone number which was super uncomfortable. Basically if Simone is working run the other way

Today, I had a truly dreadful experience at this Ulta location. The African American woman at the register was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude. Unfortunately, I couldn’t catch her name. As I was the next person in line to receive assistance, someone who walked into the store immediately for an online order somehow got ahead of me.
