I went shopping for foundation and press powder but my foundation was to light
I have been getting my make up done on special occasions for 1-3 times a year for several years at Ulta and I have never had an issue until attending a make up appt yesterday. I was told that a year ago someone noted under my name that I walked out of Ulta not paying for my service, ( how misleading is that) then continue to say I got a formal look but paid for an everyday look. I called on 12/5/25 to check on my order for pick up, Breanna answered, never asking my name nor order number, just rudely "when did you buy it" I stated the first of December, she then goes on a long rant about 5 days from purchase date, we have no control of it, its the holidays & its really busy, if you dont pick up tonight its going to be canceled so theres nothing i can do!
