Came in today around 245pm to purchase some hair products. And ask about a few others. Both young ladies in the front register were so sweet and welcoming. Love this Ulta been here before and always a pleasure being here. I think person that helped me was Amanda if I recall. Totally sweet and made my visit awesome. Will be returning.
I'm never going back to this Ulta. My mom and I noticed the employees were staring at us and following us. They assumed we were going to steal. Bro, I came here today & bought a bunch of skin care items that I needed to restock on. Same day I open my products & TWO OF THEM WERE USED !!! one of them even looks like it was a tester product & they just put them back in the boxes. Literally what an inconvenience ):
As of recently this store has become harder to shop at. I recently went in to make a return and then decided to walk around with my husband. Upon re-entering, the associates made it obvious they thought we might steal. There was whispering, following, making us feel SO uncomfortable and unwelcomed that we decided to leave without making a purchase.
