The worst hair experience I’ve had in my life. Stripped my hair and made it pure straw and orange, nowhere near the cut and color photo (golden blonde) that I was seeking. She chopped off all the layers that I had been growing. When she wanted me to turn my head a certain way, she would take my head and shove it roughly.
