I was at the Avon location yesterday. I asked for a Lancome product and a Roc product that I always bought there. The salesperson was rude and condescending. She tried to sell me a different product. I told her that I wasn't interested. Neither product that i wanted was on the shelves. I asked if they will be available soon. She said, "things change all the time." That didn't answer my question. I went to this location a few days ago needing a little pick me up and guidance. I never ask for help at stores, but I did this time and it changed a lot for me in a positive way. Brynn helped me with multiple things. I needed help with mascara because I always buy blackest black covergirl from drugstores and it dries out within a couple weeks, and she suggested a pretty dark brown from Clinique. DO NOT consider going to this ulta My friend’s experience here was Horrible, she showed them her hair inspiration and they turned her hair into complete opposite then she went back expecting them to fix it back but they made it worse. The outcome of this caused her peers to make fun of her hair. So don’t waste your time and money going here!!
