Came in to buy a few things for my girlfriend. The sales associate who helped me on the floor was kind and got me in and out quickly but then came my check out experience. A cashier by the name of KATHERINE (according to my receipt) has 0 customer service skills. Misha has been extremely helpful in finding what we needed. I would recommend her in finding what you need. She was also very polite and patient.

I have only visited an Ulta beauty once before in Naples, Florida. I was returning a Lands End purchase and was pleased how quickly it was handled plus a $5 discount to use for an Ulta purchase. I didn't know they had on-site brow shaping available and was so pleased the estitician had an opening for me. Love how nice they now look. I will be going back. I also chose a few items from their vast selection beauty products.

This is definitely the worst Ulta location. I prefer the 14 mile and john r. Katherine has a nasty attitude. No one on the sales floor asked if i needed help but they sure stared at me and continued talking to each other. Then at the register i get cashier Katherine and her stank attitude. She doesnt say have a good day or anything shes mad at me for shopping there i guess. Her facial expressions her lack of personality her rudeness probably shouldnt be working at Ulta!
