Should do better with signage at the front door for online order pick up. Also, instead of people standing around in store.... Check front desk and help next customer when cashier buys for a bit of time. Don't normally ship at this store and prob won't return.
Good shop, attentive staff
I came here looking for a clean, natural serum with minimal chemicals. At first, the woman was helpful but then when I told her I don't like the ingredients in the product she recommended, she got an attitude. And I NEVER had a tone of voice, or raised my voice, or had an attitude. I just said that's not what I'm looking for. She showed me a couple of other products and just walked away. Never coming here again!!!
