I normally have a great experience when I visit this location. The staff are usually friendly and polite. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was not as pleasant. There was a tall Caucasian man working behind the registers who didn’t greet me or politely call me over. Instead, he simply gestured with his hand for me to come forward. His facial expression while I waited in line was also unwelcoming, he appeared visibly annoyed. I visited the Ulta store in Virginia Beach and was assured by Seraiah and Lyndsey. I was met with such warmth and professionalism while they guided me the with shopping experience. Seraiah made recommendations that fit my beauty needs and Lyndsey offered great consultation. Wonderful customer service and attention, ladies!
Months ago I decided to “take “ my chances and make an appointment at Ulta asking for a complete color change . I was so lucky to get Isella as my stylist !!! She is absolutely amazing! So , so talented ( I asked for ashy blonde with dark roots, not an easy task) .
