I was here recently looking for a specific product. I asked a staff member something about their selection and she was no help AND acted annoyed by me. I took my business else where and actually found a better plus cheaper option! I'd come here a lot in high school and deal with this too from other members. Ulta must really have a major hiring problem that they should fix. I will not be returning after this though it's so off-putting.

Great customer service from all staff. I got my hair cut and conditioned my stylist did an excellent job!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta Beauty location in Cornelius, NC. The cashier I interacted with had short hair and was black and noticeably rude, dismissive, and came across as judgmental throughout the entire transaction. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, they made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I went to Ulta and I immediately got greated by a person named Cooper. He started off with showing me so many new launches that have happened and I told him that I needed a foundation match after I got a foundation match. He immediately got to work finding multiple products for me, and I was astonished of how good he was at the match after that, he helped find a full new routine for me.
