Probably my best Ulta experience to date. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Bernard is amazing, I have never had someone color match me so flawlessly, he listened to what I was looking for and hit the nail on the head! I have never had such an amazing ULTA experience and I’ve been shopping at different locations for years. Bernard is the MVP of Ulta! Each person in my family has different skin care needs and Bernard always has the best advice in products to use and the knowledge to back it up. He truly listens to what we need and gives us exactly that. I can not say enough about the genuine care that he shows his clients. Grateful to have this type of care and knowledge at our local store.

I got my eyebrows done this weekend by Kimberly and they are amazing ! She really took the time to explain each hair she was taking and why and I love the way they came out !
