I was greeted and helped by Cooper, he is literally the sweetest and helped me find some new products !!
I purchased over 50 items for my daughter on 7/27 and the register kept hanging because it could not process 50 items. My charge finally went through because I saw the approval on the credit card screen, but a receipt was not printed because they canceled it out at the same time. The employee said that it did not go through but the pending charge was on my credit card already. They told me they would have to re-ring the order and recharge the card. Kimberly is amazing! She did my brow wax, tint, and lamination, and my brows look fantastic. She has a great eye for detail and made the whole experience so enjoyable with her friendly personality. I was so happy with my results that my mom and aunt both got their brows done too, and they loved them as well! If you’re looking for someone who is talented, professional, and welcoming, I highly recommend Kimberly!!
Typically I don’t run to leave reviews but the experience I had with Bernard at this ulta was almost life changing, I never saw myself using the colors he choose for me..but WOW I’m glad he did. He also talked me through all of the benefits and rewards with the loyalty membership that I had little to no clue about! I will be making this my new Ulta beauty location as long as he stays there. (I am officially obsessed!)
