I hate to even give 1 star because this location doesn't even deserve that much!! I needed a foundation and concealer for an event i had that night and decided to come to this location. Once I arrived and walked in I wasn't greeted at all and there wasn't even a lot of customers in the store. I walked around a bit looking for my correct shade and noticed one of the employees following me around the store as if I was attempting to steal something. I wish I didn’t have to leave a star. I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta. When I walked into the store, not a single employee acknowledged me—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. I browsed for quite a while, hoping someone would offer assistance, but I was completely ignored the entire time. It felt like my presence didn’t matter. Customer service is a big part of the shopping experience, and unfortunately, Ulta fell short. I left without making a purchase and will be reconsidering where I shop in the future... read more
