Great staff. Super clean and inviting
I had went to a stylist to have my hair done and it didn't end up looking anything like the picture and she had shared that there was a miscommunication last time with another woman earlier that week and she had been a bad client which immediately gave me a bad vibe. I called the store and let them know and they offered to have the SAME GIRL FIX IT! I've worked at Ulta so I know the process and that was NOT IT!!! Goal picture and my picture of my hair attached... I looked like a zebra/leopard
Susie did such an amazing job!! I look beautiful and feel beautiful! So needed and she took the time to give me what I wanted. Super sweet and caring! I would highly recommend her! I gave a 4 star just because the salon was your typical set up. Nothing special but she sure is ☺️
Awful customer service...the young lady with the red hair is so mean and nasty acting. They also have nothing in stock.
