I have never set foot in an Ulta Beauty, but I needed a shade of nail polish they have. I was really impressed with the selection of products they have, especially for my curly/wavy hair, but I didn’t have time to shop more. Good service there is non existent, you have to chase someone down, they make exceptions for their apparent favorite customers and it’s obvious they hate their jobs and it’s a huge burden to walk in. I was ready to drop money too, but not with that service.

I've promised myself for the past 2 years I'd write a review about my experience here. First off, I am a certified makeup artist. I used to work at a very upscale, busy department store. Every time I visit this place no one says hello, is friendly, or asks if I need help. The employees are extremely rude and unapproachable. The customer service at this store is horrible. The associates including the manager stands at the eyebrow counter and you have to chase down someone for help. This happens every time I come in. I will be going to Sephora from now on. Don’t go to Ulta if you want any help with anything.
