Like the review before mine: the manager, older white lady with glasses and brown hair made our experience here truly AWFUL. She kept watching me suspiciously as if I came to steal or something? And when we made eye contact she didn’t even greet me. At least flash a fake smile! I just went in to find my mother birthday gifts but I couldn’t even browse comfortably. The manager, middle- aged, plain looking, white lady with glasses and light brown/blondish hair is pretty rude. Unapproachable and condescending. Gives off “mean girl” vibes and had made transactions so awkward because of unnecessary snarky comments toward me as well as one of her associates, not helpful at all. The other store associates are very friendly but i will not be returning to this location.
The employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.
Why why you guys close so early Sundays my wife is fighting with cause the store was close when we came 🤷♂️🤦I’m the guilty ?
