Ive never had a pleasant experience coming to this Ulta Beauty. Not all,but most of the ladies in here are rude and conceded. I'm talking from the makeup ladies to the ones at the front counter. Idk what it is, but as soon as I walk in, it's snobby looks at a fake can I help you... I'd rather drive all the way to River Park.
There was so many workers in the floor yet nobody could stop and help us , it was hard to get anyone's attention, the cashier's were friendly at check out that's about it.
Ulta beauty Has just lost a customer for good. I have been a loyal customer with Ulta since The early 2000s. I even have a credit card with Ulta. I spent thousands of dollars over the years at Ulta. The Ulta stores here in Clovis and Fresno are awful! Almost every time that I have had to come to Ulta to drop a minimum of $200 for my hair products and or make up.
