If you’re looking for a new stylist, Selina is your girl! Her work is absolutely amazing. You won’t regret booking with her!
Associate CC at the front desk has an inviting personality about her that made me comfortable even tho i wasn't too familiar with product. Customer service and delivery was spot on. You can see she is passionate about her work.
The bigger associate with redish hair is unfriendly and unfit to be in customer service.
By far the worst experience i’ve had at any retail store. Malak was of NO help with explaining the birthday rewards. I honestly don’t think she knew how, which might be a training issue. Then she just stood there as I tried to figure it out either on the app or website. Just stood there.. I ended up leaving without my items because I was so frustrated. I got them somewhere else.
Stella was great! I was looking for a new product and she went about and beyond to help me with it. 🎉
