The people were awesome. They were polite and very courteous.
Cancelled my hair appointment because I didn’t answer their phone calls! No voicemails left, no text messages left (when they had a whole system in place for texting in place). Extremely disappointed that they just cancelled my appointment . I’d rather you take my card and charge me if I don’t show vs just take it upon yourself to cancel an appointment I was really looking forward to.
