Ulta you are ruining the shopping experience. I shouldn’t need a degree to understand your rewards Shopping at this store is so difficult. You shouldn’t need an app to get a discount owed to you. You should just have to put in your phone number. Why am I searching the web for coupons my phone number alone should give me. The rewards system is a joke. I shouldn’t have to hold up a line to get a $2 discount. I can pay less elsewhere & not need a reward system

Without dating my self, i have been shopping at Ulta before the recession in 2008-2009 so i know how this goes. At this location, i felt watched and security came around to “check” on me. I know that there are some “bad apples” who come to “shop”with no good intentions but that is not me. If i have not taken any items and acted suspicious to you, please allow me to enjoy my shopping experience and allow me to pay for the items in my VERY open, big shopping bucket.
