I’m super happy with my purchases today I love all the new products I tried but overall I highly appreciate Noemy for being so kind the entire time and helping me choose the products that I need you really don’t find good customer service like that anymore I’m definitely coming back here for more
Horrible and rude employees work here. I never write reviews but I literally felt so uncomfortable as this location and love Ulta so it was so disappointing. As soon as I walked in the girl had an RBF when I was asking a question and responded in an annoyed tone, as if I was bothering her even tho she was just standing by the door and the first worker I saw and the cashier was not any more pleasant. If you want to be given attitude when shopping at Ulta, then definitely come here!
I came here 2 days ago & totally forgot to leave a review, Diana/Diane helped me pick out a perfume for my sister. She was so sweet, and had amazing customer service!
