The experience was disappointing from start to finish. I asked an associate about foundation samples and was told, “We don’t do that at this store,” and then she casually said Sephora does it instead. After that, I tried asking for help with something else, but most of the employees were standing around talking to each other instead of helping customers. Got my brows done by the new brow expert kendyl. Got a wax and tent. It looks amazing and she was wonderful at listening to my preferences and requests. We had great conversation as well. Will definitely be back soon! I love Kendyl!!!!!!

Not impressed with the helpfulness of the staff at this location. After not being able to purchase a brand they no longer carried, I asked about similar brands I could try and was not referred any. I went around the store myself and found two brands I thought might be good but was unsure of color matching. I asked for trial containers to try the product at home but was told that was not available.
