The manager was extremely rude to her employee at the register, she had a long line and no one helping her. She asked the floor manager for help with my item I ordered online, instead of just getting it for her while the line keeps growing, she embarrassed her by pointing to the bottom self/draw by the entrance saying "dont you know where it is" trying to teach her a lesson/training which was completely UNNECESSARY to be done infront of customers/guests. I went in today for a total blonde explained to the stylist I did not want to fry my hair, and told her all the things i had previously done to my hair. She told me because we didn’t do a color remover it’ll be a couple of shades which I was fine with after a test strand, which i understood. However when i left the salon my hair was fried.
