I was upgrading my makeup today and I needed a few recommendations. I was lucky enough to get Layla to help. She took so much time with me to make sure I loved everything I was going to purchase. Customer service like this is a rare find today. The store is clean and usually fully stocked. If they don’t have something that you need, they order it there for you and it gets delivered really quick!

This was my first time at this location, and I got a signature haircut done by Megan. This is honestly my favorite haircut I have ever had!! If you're looking for someone you can trust to create beautiful layers, book with Megan!!! I'll absolutely be back :)

I no longer believe the signs that advertise a free gift if u buy a product at this location . The last 3 times I went to buy something that had a free gift..they said they were out and offered no substitution. I got a little miffed since this was the 3 rd time they did not honor the free gift sign. I asked them if they know they don't have the gift..then why keep up the signs that they know they cannot honor. Their explanation was to that was "well .that is Ulta's policy, and the sign says while supplies last".. the last 3 ... read more

I had a very disappointing first experience at the Warrington location. While I was testing fragrances to decide which perfume to purchase, an employee repeatedly followed me around the store, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As a Black woman and a loyal Ulta customer for many years, this experience was especially upsetting and disheartening.
