I have had several bad experiences at this location. Recently I had a birthday coupon code that the sales associate refused to enter. She made me download the app even though there was a line forming behind me. When the coupon didn't appear on the app she refused to accommodate even though I showed her the coupon code on my phone. I then had another coupon that failed to work and the associate didn't even bother to tell me or explain why, it just showed up on my receipt that there was no discount. I had a wonderful holiday shopping experience at Valley Square Ulta last evening 12/22/25. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and beautifully merchandised, which made finding gifts feel festive instead of stressful. A special shoutout to the store manager, who went above and beyond to help me locate a specific item for a holiday gifts.
