I started shopping at this Ulta because the sales associates at the Horsham store were rude and racially biased. I've never had that issue at Valley Square Ulta. Seems as if things have changed since then. I'm hesitant to go back to this store. It's sad that Ulta is willing to lose money on perceived stereotypes of its customers.
