Beware of ordering online. ULTA does not provide prepaid shipping labels or offer the option to generate a label online and deduct shipping costs from your refund. This is the first time I have EVER encountered this from an online ordering experience and I will be taking all of my business to Sephora going forward. I suggest other customers do the same.
Many employees at this location don't care to greet you or offer you help. Many of the employees at this location need to be investigated. They need better training on customer service. Hire professional and respectful people. Some of the shelves were empty. Products had dust on them. The possibilities weren't so beautiful.
Great place to buy makeup and you can earn points when you shop here. I like that they have so many stores so it is very convenient.
