I visited Ulta today and received the best customer service ever from Lynn, Debbie, Beatrice, and Emma. They helped me shade-match and select a brand new foundation, found additional products for my routine, and even ordered an out-of-stock item to be shipped directly to my house. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and fabulous. Ulta is lucky to have them!

It was my first time at this place. I live in Framingham and have never been to Ulta Beauty. I was going to create an account and make a big purchase. That didn't happen. The customer service was horrible and Unprofessional. I'll never go again. People don't shop here. They don’t care about people of color.

I absolutely loved my experience with the Stephanie! She took time in understanding my curly hair, as well as her careful detail in each step that I truly appreciated. It truly felt like hanging out with an old friend even though it was my first time! She still maintained a professional outlook, with amazing end results. I will definitely be back for her services soon and will be recommending her to all my friends!

I went to the Ulta salon for the first time and Annamaria, the elite stylist, gave me the exact haircut I wanted. She totally got all my hair concerns and the results were amazing! I'm definitely going to be a regular. Thanks so much, Anna!
