I had one of the most frustrating and disrespectful experiences at this Ulta with an associate named Livvy. I am disabled, and walking extra unnecessary steps is difficult for me. I was already standing at the counter for about 20 seconds while the cashier was counting money. This review is in regards to the salon. Eden was my stylist. Immediately, I felt comforted by her genuine, friendly, and positive personality. She took her time to thoroughly explain the entire process to me, including the bad, the good, and all of my available options. Most importantly, she listened to me and actually cared about the integrity my hair. She took her time. The end result wasn't perfect, but it was a lot better than what I came in with. I was in there today, Wednesday in the morning and asked sales girl to help me find lipliner and she said they must not have restocked it. Well there’s an end cap that has the specific one I was looking for. She didn’t even try and she was on her phone texting . Now the cashier was wonderful! That girl is going places!
