Update…went in again today and wow still not one person asked to help me. Poorly ran here. I really want to like it here , but nobody helps me . I was in there today, Wednesday in the morning and asked sales girl to help me find lipliner and she said they must not have restocked it. Well there’s an end cap that has the specific one I was looking for. She didn’t even try and she was on her phone texting . Now the cashier was wonderful! That girl is going places!
This woman has been on my heart since I left Ulta yesterday. She’s the store manager. I came for kiss nails that showed in stock but when I got there , nothing was there . She came asked me did I need anything , went to the back and found what I needed. She doesn’t know it but I was having a day. I appreciate her having such a warm beautiful inviting personality . I am highly upset! I bought some perfume back in August, and I had not opened it until right before Christmas! The bottle is defective and doesn’t spray! With that being said no return or exchange is optional for me and I wasted $132 dollars! You should be able to at least exchange it if you have the receipt present! Such a sucky store policy and it makes you not want to buy anything else from here! Be aware of their return and exchange policy. There should not be a timeframe as to when you can wear your items!!!
Came in to buy some cologne and was immediately greeted by a super warm and friendly staff member..Gypsy. Gypsy helped me locate the cologne and even showes me on the app how to get double my points for my purchase. During the crazy holiday season..most service members are burnt out and dont take the time to care or help. I was really impressed and felt genuinely acknowledged. Gypsy deserves some praise. 💗
