I was there today, i ordered the wrong foundation online not once but twice, Lisa and Loui were so nice and patient with me, they helped me cancel, and reorder the right my item, so highly recommend this location, everyone is so nice and polite, this is the only ulta am going to from now on.. 💝

I showed up for my hair appointment today at 12, only to be told it was canceled. They claimed they had sent me a cancellation notice to my phone, but I never received anything. The manager was extremely rude and basically told me to leave the store. On the bright side, I ended up going elsewhere and got amazing service, so thank you to the rude manager for pushing me in a better direction. I came in with the intention to only use their samples. I was walking around using as many products as I could and then Giselle came up to me. She gave me so much information about each products that I ended up buying everything she recommended. Giselle is the best I would 100% come back and purchase what she recommends.

Schuled an appointment for my daughter on 8/27/25 and it was canceled the this morning without any notification. I went back online to reschedule within one hour of me receiving the text message of the cancelation. Once I reschedule to a new date and time I received another text within 4 hrs that they canceled it again. How do you just cancel appointments without notifying the customer. I will be spending my money elsewhere.
