The cashier Joseph told me I can't return the items if I do not join the rewards program. Even if I have a receipt. Checked online and it does not say that. Its a bad store policy if its true and if it's not lying to customers doesn't give me much confidence in the store.

I was there today, i ordered the wrong foundation online not once but twice, Lisa and Loui were so nice and patient with me, they helped me cancel, and reorder the right my item, so highly recommend this location, everyone is so nice and polite, this is the only ulta am going to from now on.. 💝
I showed up for my hair appointment today at 12, only to be told it was canceled. They claimed they had sent me a cancellation notice to my phone, but I never received anything. The manager was extremely rude and basically told me to leave the store. On the bright side, I ended up going elsewhere and got amazing service, so thank you to the rude manager for pushing me in a better direction.
