After visiting 3 Ulta stores, beginning with Canton, I was disappointed in no assistance. In early July I returned to the Canton store. To my great pleasure I met Naija(may not have spelled correctly). This young woman is not only gracious, but knows her products! And, on her own researched to be sure there were no ingredients to compromise my skin. Naija should be the associate training others how to properly assist customers! She deserves recognition!! This place has everything you need. Even dermatologist recommended products. You can get lost in here for hours
I was greeted nicely when I came in but a little bit into my time shopping and testing products I noticed the staff lingering around me and “coincidentally” going down the same aisles as I was in. As a black women I know when the staff suspects me of shoplifting. It was just disheartening because I was genuinely just testing the products. I ended up making a purchase despite that and the lady who rung me up was nice.
No price tags, slow lines, and unclear product placement. This is why retail stores are dying.
