Bad customer service avoid
Lived in this area for a year and a half consistently shopping at this ulta and had 1 decent experience. Terrible service
Had a hair appointment at 4.30. Checked in at 4.30. At 5.04PM I let someone know I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. Turns out the original person never checked me in and now have no one to take care of me. This is so incredibly unprofessional. Offering me a 20% off and future booking…what is that going to do for me when I needed the blow dry TODAY. You never know what someone is going through and why they decide to treat themselves.
