I had appointments for a Moroccanoil treatment and a flat iron styling scheduled for 5:45 PM with Alex at Sherman Oaks. Around 4:30 PM, the salon called and asked if I could come at 6:00 PM instead. I adjusted my plans and agreed. Then, when I had already arrived near the salon around 5:30 PM, they called again and told me they wouldn't be able to see me at 6:00 after all. Staff was kind and helpful!
Nikki at the salon is so rude. Hair looks terrible and need a color correction now. The manager couldn't be bothered to do her job and follow up on this.
