Nikki at the salon is so rude. Hair looks terrible and need a color correction now. The manager couldn't be bothered to do her job and follow up on this.

LOVEEEEEE Nikki and her wonderful assistant Alex. From start to finish, everything felt easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Nikki really knows what she’s doing.
