I had the BEST experience at Ulta in Woodland Hills thanks to Jacob. Truly felt like I was sitting in a master class not just being sold products. He took the time to explain everything, how to apply it, and why it works, which I really appreciated. He helped me pick out the IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream, NARS Soft Matte Concealer, Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur, and Morphe Setting Spray and I am so happy with all of them. Horrible customer service
Aileen was very warm and welcoming. It was my first time having my hair done at Ulta Beauty Salon and I was nervous. She was honest and precise with the price and results. Aileen took her time to work on my hair with grace, and was very gentle. She is very professional, explained the steps, the products she put in my hair and why is she putting it.
