Aileen was very warm and welcoming. It was my first time having my hair done at Ulta Beauty Salon and I was nervous. She was honest and precise with the price and results. Aileen took her time to work on my hair with grace, and was very gentle. She is very professional, explained the steps, the products she put in my hair and why is she putting it. My experience at this Ulta Beauty location felt unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, and I wasn’t spoken to at all until I reached the register. It almost felt like customers weren’t encouraged to shop. While I personally wasn’t followed around, I’ve seen other reviews mention that, and based on the overall atmosphere, I wouldn’t be surprised. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your canoga parkstore on December 29,2025 I asked an employee to check the back for a specific item. After waiting for 15 minutes, the employee never returned. I then overheard her telling another associate that she had already informed me the item was out of stock, which was untrue.
