I asked about a specific product and they said they didn’t know if they had it. I asked if it was only online and they said “yes”—even though they DID have it in store (was hidden) and were too lazy to look it up. One of them was Marilyn and the other one was a blonde, heavyset woman. They also said they weren’t taking cash and had no change?? What kind of store front doesn’t have their registers stocked mid-day?

I enjoyed coming to this store but the more I come here the more understaffed it is. I try to look for help but most of the workers are lazy or there isn’t any at all… Also the manager's customer service skills could stand some improvements! Common courtesy, if someone says thank you, aren't you going to say you are welcome right? Completely unprofessional, I don’t understand why don’t you just hire more and better people who are willing to work and help others?

I booked a kids hair cut through the website for my son. Once I got to the store I was told the stylist couldn’t cut his hair because he needed a clipper cut. A phone call would be nice before I drove out to them. Not to mention that when I was there the stylist helping me asked her coworker if she can do it. That co worker answered with “ I don’t have my clippers on me. I bring them if I know ahead of time”. I didn’t want to rebook to waste my time again and plus I thought the stylist that answered was snobby.
