I had a very disappointing experience at Ulta Beauty. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Shopping should be a pleasant experience, but the lack of customer service made it the opposite. Instead of offering help, employees seemed to follow me around, which made me feel uneasy. I didn’t feel supported at all during my visit. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location.
Friendly service
I had the BEST experience at Ulta in Woodland Hills thanks to Jacob. Truly felt like I was sitting in a master class not just being sold products. He took the time to explain everything, how to apply it, and why it works, which I really appreciated. He helped me pick out the IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream, NARS Soft Matte Concealer, Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur, and Morphe Setting Spray and I am so happy with all of them. Horrible customer service
Aileen was very warm and welcoming. It was my first time having my hair done at Ulta Beauty Salon and I was nervous. She was honest and precise with the price and results. Aileen took her time to work on my hair with grace, and was very gentle. She is very professional, explained the steps, the products she put in my hair and why is she putting it.
