I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your canoga parkstore on December 29,2025 I asked an employee to check the back for a specific item. After waiting for 15 minutes, the employee never returned. I then overheard her telling another associate that she had already informed me the item was out of stock, which was untrue. I got a really cut haircut here a while back and just wanted to give them a shout out. I was able to get an appointment for the same day and there was plenty of parking. Best of all, I got exactly what I wanted from Jenny!
