Jacob was so helpful and kind, he walked throughout the store trying to color match this lipstick and was very nice!
My fiancé went into this store to buy me some lipsticks. When I checked the lipsticks 2/4 he bought were open and used/swatched. I checked to make sure he didn’t accidentally grab the samples but they weren’t labeled. I attached the photos of the two that look used and the two that aren’t. Kinda gross…
I had a very disappointing experience at Ulta Beauty. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Shopping should be a pleasant experience, but the lack of customer service made it the opposite. Instead of offering help, employees seemed to follow me around, which made me feel uneasy. I didn’t feel supported at all during my visit. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location.
