I've been in here twice now and had exactly the same experience. There is zero customer service, the people that work here some how think it is not their job to help customers. To the point of ridiculous Last time I was at Ulta in Sherman Oaks ir had gotten a little better but I would never ever go back to the North Hollywood store. Do the employees in NH think you get paid to stand? Is that a job? They are so helpful at Sephora, night and day! Corporate needs to provide some serious employee training at Ultas.

I stopped by a couple weekends ago on a Saturday because I was in the area and needed to restock. I was ready to drop $200, but to my disappointment they were out of everything I was looking for…as I began to look for alternatives, I noticed almost all the cosmetics were out of stock, and a large swath of shelves across the entire store were literally barren - on a Saturday afternoon…isn’t that typically a busy shopping day that they’d want to be prepared and restocked for to max sales? I really had an excellent experience with Emily at the BrowBar at Ulta. Wow she really did a beautiful job on my eye brows! She was very professional! 10 out 10 and 10 being the best! She will be my go to girl! Thank you Emily!
